LUNA Fest is a weekend of Nocturnal Art and Wonder, celebrating art and music in the downtown streets of Revelstoke. This year we will be collaborating with the Revelstoke Railway Museum to host LUNA Rail, a family friendly event on Sunday celebrating our local community with art and music for everyone!
Please remember that LUNA Fest takes place in a public space and normal laws will apply. As a reminder, prohibited items will include: alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, fireworks/flares, fire-dancing equipment, etc.
Please bring your government-issued I.D, your wristband, and cash for LUNA Sound (if you’d like to purchase alcohol at the shows).
Please dress for the weather as this time of the year can mean rain and even below-freezing temperatures. That being said, this is LUNA Fest after all…let’s see you bring out the funkiest festive attire and become a part of LUNA magic!
LUNA Fest takes place on the weekend of September 22nd – 24th, 2023, in Revelstoke BC. Check out our event pages for specific details:
Please note that LUNA Sound is a 19+ event and a ticket will be required.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Each LUNA Sound venue has its own capacity limit and your entrance will be subject to its capacity. Please keep this in mind as you plan out your night with your friends and family.
Refunds are accepted until August 31, afterwards tickets can be personally transferred.
If you can no longer attend LUNA Sound, your ticket can be transferred to another person. To transfer, the person taking your ticket must show up to the pick up location (see above) with your original barcode, sent with your confirmation email. Once your ticket is picked up, you can not transfer your ticket.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for refunds and ticket transfer information.
You can pick up your tickets on Thursday 21st or Friday 22nd of September, location and time TBD. We will be in touch with more ticket pick up info!
We will have several outhouses spread throughout downtown. There are also public washrooms next to the Grizzly Plaza parking lot, which include single stalls, urinals, and an accessible washroom.
Questions can be addressed at our info tents by our dedicated volunteers. If you have a small injury, please approach staff at one of the 5 info tents. If it’s something more serious, please call 911.
We will have a harm reduction tent set up next to the city hall (2nd Street and MacKenzie Avenue).
If you need assistance, please make your way to our harm reduction tent or you can call the Residential Schools Crisis Support line at 1 800 721 0066.
LUNA Fest strives to keep the streets of Revelstoke clean. We have strategically placed extra trash and recycling bins around the city. Please remember to leave-no-trace, and encourage a safe environment for your community members.
We will have several points of entrance throughout downtown Revelstoke. We highly recommend that you bike or walk downtown, as many downtown streets will be closed off and parking will be very limited. There will be many bike parking options available downtown, just remember to bring your bike lock!
There will be no designated parking spots available for LUNA Fest. If you must drive, people with disabilities can park at the Grizzly Plaza. Otherwise, you can try parking on Victoria Road (RV/Trailer parking on the side where the train is). You may need to park your vehicle a few blocks away and walk in. Please be respectful of residents and business owners when finding a parking space for your vehicle.
We strongly recommend walking, biking, or dancing your way downtown.
