The Sadok Ukrainian Dance Ensemble of Vernon celebrates 25 years of performing throughout the Okanagan Valley!
Sadok translates to Orchard and since their very successful start they have continued to spark their audiences with colourful and entertaining performances wrapped in a lovely tapestry of their traditional Ukrainian Canadian heritage.
Under the Artistic Direction of Andrea Malysh, Sadok’s performances have carried them throughout BC, Alberta and to Disneyland, California. The Ensemble has traveled to their homeland of Ukraine to study dance.
Sadok also hosts the annual Okanagan Ukrainian Festival.
Sadok is thrilled to be invited to perform at the Luna Festival.
While the war in Ukraine rages on, Sadok fights this war with culture!
Their program is entitled, RESILIANCE and dedicated to the thousands who have lost their lives in this unnecessary war.
With Sadok, there is excitement, colour and Ukrainian Canadian Spirit!
