Mildly Wild Flowers and Friends are a group of local flower growers, gardeners, and makers based in Revelstoke, BC. Brought together by a shared love of seasonal blooms and a belief in the power of community-grown things, the collective grows and sources flowers using regenerative and organic practices, with deep consideration for soil health, pollinators, and ecological stewardship.
The collective’s work celebrates the intersection of floral art, community collaboration, and environmental values, honouring the labour and care that goes into growing living things, and the beauty that emerges when that care is shared. After Everything, Flowers marks Mildly Wildy and friends, first public installation, and reflects their conviction that locally grown flowers, offered freely and joyfully, are themselves a form of resistance and hope.
