My work involves a highly interdisciplinary approach to a central concept or idea approached in cinematic detail. As a serial conceptualist, each project becomes its own immersive world generating a series of works in a variety of different media, performances, writing, sculpture, craftwork, photography and sound. MY personal practice aims to collect and organize my surroundings on a more intimate level, imagining alternative tellings of everyday life, often achieved through a lot handwork and a crafters sensibility. Night flowers captures the compelling miniature world of nocturnal suburban gardens. The installation includes visual projections and a live harp score.
