Lisa has lived in Revelstoke for nearly 30 years, raising a family, working in Indigenous Education in the local school district for many years, and connecting with the land. As a Métis woman she sees herself where the Métis have always been – a bridge between peoples. She works to promote Reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples as well as developing relationships with folks from diverse backgrounds and cultures so that they are reflected in programming, entertainment, and events in our community.
