Guerrilla Gigs – Live music returns to Revelstoke this summer!

Missing the sound of live music in the Grizzly Plaza echoing throughout downtown Revelstoke?

Revelstoke Summer Street Fest has been put on hold again for the 2021 season due to the ongoing COVID pandemic and restrictions on gatherings. Arts Revelstoke and our partners the City of Revelstoke and See Revelstoke recognize that Street Fest is well loved and very important to the community of Revelstoke, visiting tourists as well as local and touring musicians. We are all 100% committed to bringing Street Fest back as soon as it is safe to do so, hopefully in 2022.

In the meantime, Arts Revelstoke is still here and just as passionate about presenting live music as ever!  This summer we are excited to announce the return of Guerrilla Gigs, a series of tiny concerts in iconic locations around Revelstoke. We will be doubling the number of concerts this year, with 16 in total taking place on Wednesday’s and Saturday’s from July 3 to August 25. Tickets will be $20 and will go on sale a week before the event via the Arts Revelstoke website. Sign up to our newsletter for up-to-date information, artists announcements, ticket release dates and special ticket giveaways.

The theme of Guerrilla Gigs is Canadian indie/folk/bluegrass sit-down-on-a-blanket-at-sunset tunes, with bands from Revelstoke and some neighbouring cities. Lawn chairs, picnic blankets, hammocks, and other outdoor comforts are encouraged!
