The Trippin Lankies

Christa Rebman and Greta Negrave of The Trippin’ Lankies are a folk music duo hailing from Nakusp, BC. The Trippin’ Lankies have quickly become a local favourite, performing at numerous community events and venturing further afield. Christa is a guitarist and songwriter, exploring her soul and experience through the medium of song. Greta grew up on the violin but eventually found fiddle, training in a variety of traditions while being especially drawn to American styles of folk music. Their diverse musical backgrounds have led to an eclectic range of material from contemporary sources, old favourites, and traditional folk music, with an ever growing repertoire of original songs.
