Tara Cheyenne’s Talking and Dancing workshop is designed to celebrate embodiment (living in our amazing bodies), curiosity and pleasure through the experience of moving/dancing our bodies. By placing our focus on playful sensation and physical expression we lean away from the damaging systems that dictate how we should feel about our bodies. We will improvise movement that is unique to each of us, and include our voices through non-sense, laughter and sharing (within our individual comfort levels).
