Wild Salmon Film Night

October 18 2019

Join us for an evening about our fight for the future of wild fish.
We’ll be screening two new documentaries: Artifishal and Heart of the Fraser.
Proceeds will be supporting Watershed Watch Salmon Society, a science-based charity working to defend and rebuild BC’s wild salmon and their habitat.

Doors open at 6:30pm
Entry is free / by-donation

Artifishal is Patagonia’s new film about people, rivers, and the fight for the future of wild fish and the environment that supports them. It explores wild salmon’s slide toward extinction, threats posed by fish hatcheries and fish farms, and our continued loss of faith in nature. The Defend the Heart of the Fraser
documentary calls attention to the continuing destruction of an environmentally sensitive and culturally-rich ecosystem of the lower Fraser River.
